Caner Yesil is an associate at Özok Law Office, specializing in banking & finance, project finance, corporate law and dispute resolution.
He advises our foreign and Turkish clients with respect to corporate governance, contracts, commercial matters, banking and finance.
Caner received his LL.B degree with honors from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2017. He received his LL.M from Emory University with honors and the pro bono publico medal in the U.S.A in 2019. Caner is admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association since 2018 and the New York State Bar Association as of 2020.
Prior to joining Özok Law Office, Caner worked in the legal department of an American-based international company.
